Your statement,<br /><br />"One of my first thoughts I had after I really gave my life to Christ was 'I need to be consistent'."<br /><br />would seem to be something that would occur to every new believer but it doesn't seem to happen.<br /><br />It has been about 45 years since I entered the faith and I don't think I was anywhere as focused as you seem to be but there was always an awareness that I needed to grow.<br /><br />I just caught on to this use of the internet about a year and a half ago. My other blog, Perpetual Proverbs, would be a similar concept to yours. It is part of my daily worship discipline. Although I am sure it comes across as preachy at times, I try to present things that God is showing me that day.
